Every caregiver undergoes a thorough application process, reference checks, and a Vulnerable Sector Police Check before joining the team. Families often ask how do I know who will be in the home. We also verify certifications and conduct skills assessments.
What training do Arcadia caregivers receive?
Caregivers receive high-quality orientation and ongoing education in dementia, brain injury, and complex care. All care is clinically supervised by our Clinical Director and Client Care Manager.
How does Arcadia match caregivers to clients?
We match based on clinical fit, personality, language, and cultural background, not just availability. Do you want to meet the caregiver before care begins? You can, and you can request a change if the fit is not right.
